Club 4 Play Parties

Our Billing & Ticketing system: You will be billed as "ML TICKETING" through our ticketing and billing system for your ticket and membership purchases. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us! If you file a chargeback with your bank on a charge for a Club4Playparties Party by ML Ticketing, we will pass on extra bank charges to you should you choose to attend future events. Again, please contact us if you have any questions about the billing on your credit card!

CLUB4PLAYPARTIES RULES

You must show up and stay as a couple. You will not be able to enter event even if you pre paid if both partners are not present. You must stay together as a couple at the party and after party. If your female partner retires for the night, then you must end your night as well. You must be on our guest list to attend all events whether you are pre paying or paying at the door. We have security guards all night so you must be checked in by midnight or securtiy will turn you away after the check in desk closes! Please don't expect to walk in or show up after midnight and think you can enter and stay and party for the after parties. Anyone doing so will be permantley banned from future events.

Hotel Rules & Policies - Strictly enforced and no exceptions!

You are not & never required to purchase a hotel room to attend the party, But if you do, you must pay and attend the Main party in the ballroom and purchase a event wristband. You will need a wristband on at all times on our private floors and in the hotel! No excuses. If you "lose it", you will have to buy another one! We have hired an extra security now for all parties to check all night long for party wristbands on our private floors. They are hired to walk the private floors exclusively.

Club4playparties ADHERES TO ALL LCB/ABC-ABRA REGULATIONS.

DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! NO 420 USE IN THE HOTEL OR IN HOTEL ROOMS! ANY VIOLENT BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND, WILL HAVE YOU IMMEDIATELY REMOVED AND SUBJECT TO ARREST! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NUDITY OR SEX ALLOWED IN ANY PUBLIC AREA, INCLUDING THE MAIN CLUB, HALLWAYS OR REST ROOMS. ANYONE COMPROMISING OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE HOTEL BY VIOLATING THESE RULES, WILL BE SUBJECT TO ARREST AND PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM ALL FUTURE EVENTS!
THE UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTISING OF OTHER EVENTS, GROUPS OR LOCAL COMPETING VENUES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES. THIS INCLUDES THE POSTING ON PICTURES OR WITHIN IN YOUR PROFILE. ANY AND ALL MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO CLUB4PLAY MANAGEMENT FOR APPROVAL. UNAUTHORIZED POSTINGS OR WRITTEN MENTIONS WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE. REPEAT OFFENDERS WILL RECEIVE A WRITTEN WARNING AND ARE SUBJECT TO PERMANENT REMOVAL FROM OUR WEBSITE AND BANNED FROM FUTURE EVENTS
NO cameras, cell phone camera's or recording devices are permitted for use. You will be removed if caught recording anyone.
Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.

Please wear a wrap or cover up from your hotel room down the Main party area of the hotel and at all times in Public areas. A coat rack will be provided unless it's a hotel takeover.

Please do not leave excessive trash in rooms or hallways of our private floors and you will be charged an extra fee for this by hotel. Anyone destroying hotel property will never be permitted back to future Club4play Events!

Do not bring your alcohol or your own cups with alcohol down to the Main Party. It will be thrown out unless its a BYOB event.

Club4play Parties are drug free Events and we reserve the right to have anyone who is in possession of any Illegal drugs to be removed without refund or warning. This is for the safety of all in attendance. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We supply late night Bites for all members at most events. PLEASE DO NOT take excessive food that we supply at around 1AM for everyone! Everyone needs to be able to enjoy them & we do NOT allow people to take food to their rooms!
PLEASE DO NOT remove any of our lighting/decor (table top candles included), pool or up-lighting as this IS CLUB4PLAY property & will be consider theft! We have had issues in the past & now have security guards, camera's along with Club4play regulars” watching out for our property! You will be removed from hotel property without refund and banned from all future Club4play events!
For hotel takeovers: You MUST CANCEL ROOM RESERVATIONS WITHIN A WEEK OF THE EVENT (or date noted on that specific event) Anyone doing a chargeback to their credit card for their hotel rooms for canceled rooms after the "NO CANCEL" date, will not be allowed back to future events? NO EXCEPTIONS

Refund Policy: No refunds, only credits for a future event. Credits are provided until 48 hours of the event and then ALL SALES are final after that date.Tickets are non transferable! If it is within a week of the event, you must email us and request a credit toward a future event or you will not receive the credit. NO CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED The day of the event or for no-shows. Credits are only good for 12 months! We will switch you're credit to another event of your choice one time, but if you do not show up and request to switch it again, there will be a $20.00 restocking fee. We are getting too many people making requests for 2, 3 and 4 transfers and it is getting very time consuming.
YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT IN ANY CITY THAT WE DO EVENTS IN, NOT JUST THE CITY THAT YOU PURCHASE IT IN.
Good on any CLUB4PLAY ONLY event. Can not be used on an event involving another party promoter. Credits can not be used on summer pool party weekends or Campouts or multi group events as these tickets are much higher and more expensive to produce.

To use a credit:
Please let us know about a week in advance of the future party you want to attend and use your credit towards and we will get you set up on that event guest list. You will need to add your name to the RSVP list for that event on our site so we can mark you as "Ticketed."
PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP AT THE EVENT! YOU MUST INFORM US IN ADVANCE THAT YOU ARE USING THE CREDIT!
